May – July 2012 – Contestant on Chef Race a new reality TV cooking show with BBC America and Jamie Oliver’s production company Fresh One.

Chef Race: U.K. vs. U.S.

Coming October 2, with back-to-back-episodes starting at 9/8c, celebrated celebrity chef and executive producer Jamie Oliver presents “Chef Race: U.K. vs. U.S.,” a fresh new original unscripted series that follows 16 chefs, 8 Americans and 8 Brits, as they race across the American heartland from Los Angeles to New York City in hopes of winning $100,000.

Throughout the journey the chefs are accompanied by hosts, Michelin-starred London restaurateur Richard Corrigan (“Masterchef”), and Claire Robinson (“5 Ingredient Fix”). With no money and minimal resources, the chefs must rely on more than just their cooking skills — resourcefulness, ingenuity, leadership and finesse will be equally as important on their 3,000 mile adventure.

I was also one of Gordon Ramsays 50 final Fannies!

It was a competition on the f word to find the next Fanny Cradock, lot’s of fun and I came so close!!

I was so so gutted I didn’t win this! that when my friend came to pick me up I cried all the way home and hardly said anything.  I think he guessed I didn’t win!
